Shipping Policy
1. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations at this time.
2. Shipping Methods & Rates
We offer the following shipping options at checkout:

Delivery times are estimates and begin once your order has been processed and shipped. They do not include order processing time.
3. Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
4. Large & Freight Items
Pool heat pumps are large, heavy units and may ship via freight carrier rather than standard parcel carriers (UPS, FedEx, etc.). For freight shipments:
- You will be contacted to schedule a delivery appointment
- Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery
- Inspect the unit carefully upon arrival and note any damage on the delivery receipt before signing
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your shipment directly on the carrier's website.
6. Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please take photos immediately and contact us within 48 hours of delivery at andriatsereteli@outlook.fr. If your shipment appears to be lost, contact us and we will work with the carrier to investigate.
7. Delays
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carrier issues, weather, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.
