Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery, provided they are:
- In original, unused condition
- In original packaging with all accessories and documentation included
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Installed or used heat pump units
- Items damaged due to improper installation or misuse
- Special order or custom-configured units
- Items missing original packaging or serial numbers
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact us at [your email] with your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions. Do not ship items back without an RMA number.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrived damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Warranty
Pentair Ultratemp pool heat pumps come with a manufacturer's warranty. Please refer to the product documentation or contact Pentair directly for warranty claims.
